                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                   THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY
                   FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE AGREEMENT
                   WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (CTI), TO
                   PROVIDE DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION
                   DOCUMENTS SERVICES FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10,000.00
                   FOR A TOTAL FEE NOT TO EXCEED $80,000.00.

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the 
Department
         of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
         authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Amendment No. 4 

         to the Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI), 
for
         providing design and preparation of construction documents
         services for an additional $10,000.00 for a total fee not to
         exceed $80,000.00.
